Our development team consists of Bowen Arnold and John Shilling of DDA Development, Scott Clendening of Commercial Partners Realty, and Matthew Mosk of Mosk Development. DDA Development has overseen the design, financing, and development of over $600 million in development projects, with multiple developments currently in process. Their acute knowledge of the development process and relationships with the municipalities and service providers is unmatched.

Scott founded Commercial Partners in 1995 and has been a profound presence in the Tampa Bay region since 1985. His local market expertise on trends and valuations is what led to Motocave becoming a reality.

Matt is a second generation industrial developer, with a significant holding in the mid-Pinellas market. His relationships with local trades and vendors allows the team to provide a quality product without cutting corners.

BOWEN A. ARNOLD

Bowen is a Manager/Principal of DDA Development, an integrated real estate development company with capabilities in development, investment, finance, asset management and construction. Bowen has overseen the design, financing and development of over $600m in investment property, including the syndication of $250m in federal tax credits, raising over $200m for various partnerships. A Miami native, Bowen held various executive positions within the real estate industry prior to forming DDA.

JOHN. M. SCHILLING

John is a Manager/Principal of DDA Development. Since joining DDA in 2009, John has developed over 1,500 multi-family units with a combined cost of $300m. Prior to joining DDA, John was a Development Associate in the Residential Division of Crosland, LLC, where he managed multi-family and mixed-use projects throughout Florida. John worked as a financial advisior for a boutique investment research firm prior to entering real estate.

Scott Clendening, President/Broker

Scott is the President of CPR and has specialized in the sales, leasing, development and investment of office and industrial properties in the Central Florida market since 1985. Over the last 36 years, Scott has helped hundreds of clients with their commercial property needs. In 1995, Scott co-founded Commercial Partners Realty and made the decision to merge with the civil engineering firm George F. Young, Inc. (GFY), allowing both firms to bring a full-service experience to their clients and communities they serve.

As a leader in commercial real estate, Scott enjoys mentoring new agents and supporting the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors – of which he was also a founding member. Scott has been recognized both nationally and locally for his skill and achievements in commercial real estate and he continues to share his knowledge with his clients and his team, positioning the firm to excel within the real estate industry for years to come.

Scott attends Bridgepoint Church and is involved in numerous civic organizations including Ready for Life. Scott enjoys outdoor sports, such as hunting, fishing, skiing, tennis and golf.

Austin Karrick, Vice President

Austin is the Vice President of CPR and current board member of our parent company George F. Young. . Austin has a consistent track record of facilitating commercial real estate sales and leases. He best serves his clients through his creativity, strong market knowledge and tenacity. Austin likes to focus on the Pinellas Industrial Market and has come to know it well. He finds a lot of joy in discovering and learning about the multitude of different business that call Pinellas home. His clients appreciate his straightforward delivery of information and counsel. Austin approaches each deal as a new problem looking to be solved and it is providing the solutions that brings him joy on a daily basis. He is also on the Executive Board for Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors and will become their youngest president to date in 2022. Austin takes his role of Vice-President of CPR to heart and is consistently working on how to keep CPR the best it can be.

Outside of work Austin enjoys sports, working with his hands and spending time with his family. When Austin was younger, he won a duck calling competition earning him the right to be a Ducks Unlimited member for life.
